Toby Patman has been absolutely fabulous in his service in helping us to find our ideal residential properties in Camden area. He was professional, prompt, polite, patient, and brought us tirelessly to view the selected properties. He was able to answer our anxious queries accurately but when he could not, he made efforts to find out elsewhere and followed up further with us. It was a pity the stock available then was not suitable for us, but we would definitely engage his service again for our next property, and would strongly recommend him to any property buyers. Double thumbs up for Toby Patman.

A horrible experience

A horrible experience. Dexters arranged a viewing for us at the property when the previous tenant’s furniture was still in the flat. There was serious damp damage on the wall linings behind that furniture. They did not disclose this even though they were aware of a serious leak in the building and then failed to acknowledge their gross marketing practice. We made an offer. On the first day of our tenancy we discovered the damp on the walls, faulty electrics, faulty heating units and mold on the window blinds. Beware of trusting them

Great customer service!

I moved into my new property on the 20th December 2022, just before Christmas which is a hectic time for everybody! However, with the assistance of Dexters (especially Bill) they have made my move very smooth and hassle free. Bill has been nothing but helpful, proactive and attentive. He has gone above and beyond to answer all of my questions and always gets back to me when he says he will (a lot of people don’t!). Lots of issues when moving in, helpful getting these sorted

I recently moved into a property let by and managed by Dexters. One of the reasons I chose Dexters was because I thought I would be less likely to have issues with it being a larger company. However when I moved in there were a wide range of issues including mould, furniture that was supposed to be removed, broken appliances and blocked drains. Basic checks before I moved in would have identified these issues.

Flawless service from stasrt to finish. We needed to let out our flat and contacted Dexters asa had been impressed before. Aydan Dervish from the Kentish Town lettings team came over and talked us throught the details and suggested how the best price for rent vcould be acheived. Within 3 days of Aydan seeing the property he let us knwo there were numerous interested parties and the 2 year lease was signed within a week. The service from the company was prompt and efficient regarding contracts, but they were flexible on issues where we needed to change some details. Without a doubt Aydan was a big factor in our decision to go with Dexters as he struck the balance between professional and friendly/accessible perfectly. He knew the area like the back of his hand, and also where and how to get the right tennants....pretty much instantly! The bottom line was he secured a rent significantly greater than anticipated without stress or issue within 5 days of inspecting the property - total hero. I would 100% reccommend.
