Liars - complete disgrace.St John's Wood branch were selling a flat for my partner, found a buyer who was apparently ready to go, mortgage in place etc. After months of poor communication, they emailed stating the deposit was received and contract had been signed.However, this was found to be completely untrue. No response from the company, the agent is now apparently on leave, and no explanation from management. Months wasted and thousands in lost rent.Avoid at all costs and choose a professional company instead.

I was in contact with Izzi and Sam the most and they were very helpful and professional. Sam helped me to chase the solicitor and it was a pleasure to be her client. She was always ready to assist.Deducting one star as I was referred to Leadenhall Law Group by Dexters and I went with their recommendation. The Exchange and Completion were completed on time however, my solicitor never replied to my emails, sometimes that would be for two weeks - even when I asked a question that was vital to my case (like what other information I needed to provide or what would be our time frame). At the end of the case, LLG overcharged me, they even double-charged some items on the bill, and when I raised that with them, they arrogantly told me I did not understand the bill, only to then admit they made a mistake and amended the bill (they overcharged me by approx. 700 GBP, quite a substantial overcharge on a bill of around 2500 GBP).

She gave me an update two days later and assured me that everything is being dealt with. I’m very impressed by her promptness and for keeping me abreast of the small repairs that need to be done. Nightmare

Absolutely awful. You update one and less than a hour later another will chase for an update. It was apparent that they were not communicating with each other which resulted in sharing similar information with different agents slowing down the process. When communicating information to the agents they will repeat the same questions which clearly showed a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The agents will also bombard you with a constant influx of emails and phone calls. While I understand the importance of staying informed, the excessive frequency of their communication became overwhelming. It felt as though I was being inundated with updates that could have been consolidated or provided in a more organised manner. This constant barrage of communication often left one extremely frustrated, as it seemed like the estate agent lacked a clear understanding of the conveyancing process and time it takes to buy a house as there is often more parties involved. Agents also had a habit of agreeing to things with out communicating the same, this lack of consultation only caused further problems. Liz widdicombe was a nightmare to deal with, ever heard of personal space? You must not have many friends considering how you blow up peoples phones and inboxes if they do not respond to you straight away. It was very obvious the agents lacked understanding of a property transaction and was apparent that they were just greedy for the commission no regard for the those involved in the process.
