GoogleWe had a very positive experience as first-time sellers with Dexters Dartmouth Park. Charlie, the branch director, was great at explaining the sales process, and at advising us on how to position / market our property at the time, while remaining open to our thoughts and suggestions. Billy, our sales consultant, was proactive and responsive, ensuring that both the buyer and us were happy and well-informed during the sales process. Our sale went through within the timeline that we had requested, and we’d happily work with Dexters again in future.

My experience with Dexters was really BAD!First they lied about the property in the ads, mentioned there are free parking, no service charge and only when we received the property report by waiting for 5 month then realised its not the case. On top of that, we were suggested to take incentive from seller offline in order to close the purchase sooner and at the end of the day, we didn't receive the agreed cheque even though it was written in email by seller. After the completion date, agent just said it's betwen you and seller, they cannot do anything and unwilling to provide contact information with us. Agent suppose to protect buyer's right but it apparently was not our case. Be careful with who you are dealing with. My experience was with Dexters Dartmouth Park Estate Agents.

We have been dealing with a mould issue in our flat, the extent of which was actually discovered by Kirlon Sanchez during a property inspection. He immediately told me how he planned to fix it and actioned it immediately. Within 48 hours, the mould had been deeply cleaned and we had a new dehumidifier as well as a booking made for a further company to come and investigate.

GoogleIt has to be said that these guys are brilliant. They handled the large number of viewings with impressive ease. They were just so incredibly polite all the time, even when we phoned multiple times! They delivered and we exchanged last week, achieving a really successful sale. They provided a 'sales progressor', Rowland, who helped us navigate the path between offer and exchange - he was really crucial to the whole process.
