GoogleTypical letting agents... they do the bare minimum for you, and when they do lift a finger, they charge you an extortionate fee for it. To the extent that they're professional and do things by the book, this serves only as a hindrance to you as a tenant. Not recommended, but not sure other places are different...

GoogleVery understanding, felt it was a bespoke treatment of our circumstances and have since kept in touch following up. Very helpful and concerned for our well being after the sale of our property and purchase of another! Would always go back to them were we to undertake any further property transactions - couldn't recommend them enough!
