DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM!

Terrible. I cannot emphasise enough how dismissive Chesterston has been toward our moving process. They don't reply to our multiple emails and when they do, the answers are inconclusive and no actions are taken toward our requests. Although it says in our contract the deposit reimbursement would occur in 10 days after moving out, it has been four months without getting our money back. DO NOT RENT/BUY PROPERTY WITH THEM.

Friendly, helpful, patient team

The team at Chestertons, Pimlico, helped me to terminate a contract with a tenant, sort out the mess they'd left, and then find another tenant. Alina Alexa and James Hall were especially helpful; James addressed all my questions with patience and understanding and Alina helped me follow through some tricky negotiations. I can highly recommend Chestertons! I have worked with a few letting agencies but this experience really stood out. My agent, Jasmine Birungi went out of her way to answer all of my questions promptly, and supported me throughout the process with a smile. Chestertons operates a portal to upload and store documents, see where you are & what tasks you have, which makes it seamless. The move-in went similarly well, with ample communication on availabilities and all.

Amanda has been property manager for our flat for some 10 years and has always given us excellent service and been available. She is excellent at developing good relationships with tenants which facilitates dealing with difficult situations that might arise. Changing Letting Agencies to Chestertons was the Best Decision

I am a Sydney-based landlord who had used another local lettings agency for 16 years for ease but of late had felt underwhelmed by their recent efforts.
