GoogleCDV Property Consultants are crooks! Director Mehul Devani is a business owner who repeatedly breaks the rules, commits fraudulent acts & exploits tenants and business owners for greed. This individual destroys life's & business in his pursuit to make a profit. This landlord leaves vulnerable people in squalid, unsafe properties! He fails to return security deposits, BEWARE & uses the County Court system to enforce judgements drafted to take advantage of tenants & the public. Mel owns various companies & I've read desperate reviews against each business left by members of the public reporting him him & his SHOCKING practises acting as landlord & director of CQC Social Care Services. Please use the internet to do your research before dealing with this company that will destroy peoples life's for profit.

GoogleLandlords be aware. This company is not recommended at all. They will deny your access to the property saying that the tenant is ill. I, and another estate agent asked to visit my property for few times only, one of which was for a remortgaging purpose and the other one was through an estate agent who had a buyer for the flat. They keep denying the access and when you ask them a proof that the tenant is refusing they do not send any proofs. I am happy to show any Landlord/lady all the proofs of what I said if you need. YellSteer well clear of this agency
I wouldn't give any star rating. Do not touch Chase de Vani or whatever name they try and hide behind (Housing Enterprise Solutions/Assured Rent Ltd) with a barge pole. They are the most unprofessional, incompetent, unpleasant, horrendous company I've had the misfortune of having to deal with. Unsurprisingly they lost a major contract with a large landlord who also refuse to deal with them any further. They gave me years of aggravation. Many tenants I spoke to also found them dodgy and clearly underhand, using bullying and threatening tactics. They exploit the most vulnerable members of society. Steer well clear.

YellHolding Deposit means nothing...
We gave them our holding deposit for a studio apartment in London. While we were busy preparing all of the references we received an email saying that the property was now being let to another Tennant. Fortunately they refunded our deposit, but what is the point in putting down a deposit if they are going to rent it to someone else and not even have the decency to phone you!Ultimately most other parts of our experience with them were satisfactory but this certainly soured the whole business.
