Superb service from start to finish from Nakul and team. Went out of their way to ensure our property was expertly marketed and then held the transaction together, stepping into the role of agent, lawyer, arbitrator and administrator at different points, ensuring the transaction closed and both buyers and sellers were happy. Without Nakul's proactive approach, going the extra mile, the transaction would have collapsed. We have since appointed Nakul on rental and sale projects, where he continues to exceed expectations. I highly recommend Air Blue Lets services.

We have been looking for a good property manager for our place for years. Used two big ones before - at the very beginning things were ok and then of course the turn over of staff happened and at the end our place was left with no attention at all. Then we found Nakul, whose office is right in our neighbourhood. Since the first time we talked to Nakul, we knew we have the right person. He's professional at all times and he makes sure we are on the same page on all the details in the house or on the paper. He gave us very good advice on the rental strategy during the pandemic and found us the right tenant within a month. We can't be happier with Nakul and his team's service. I used Airbluelets from mid 2019 until Covid struck when I reverted to long term lets within my property they were managing. After using two larger more well known management companies in London for the two years prior and leaving each due to standards eventually slipping and slow response times, I can say the experience with ABL and it's Director Nakul was miles ahead. Good old fashioned customer service and attention to detail were what I was after and it was delivered every single time! When customer service in much of the UK is sadly very blase these days with no responsibility taken, Airbluelets was the opposite. I am sorry to not be using them any more but can fully recommend them without hesitation to all those who are looking for any sort of property management in London.
