GoogleMy experience has been excellent. The team has been attentive, professional and incredibly supportive throughout the moving process and beyond. As a tenant, I can tell that they maintain and take care of the property very well. The move-in kit was also one of the most detailed and thoughtfully prepared guides I've ever recieved. Overall, I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleCurrent tenant at the Howes Place development in Cambridge, the building and staff are unfaultable, apartment came fully furnished and the furniture was all really good quality and all finished to a really high standard. trying to renew my tenancy early as i have had such a brilliant first 3 months!! Thank you to the team who are always onsite and quick to respond to any queries!

GoogleI have had an amazing experience with Vertex Living, in Banks End, Wyton. The move in process was speedy and the flat was spick and span and professionally cleaned upon arrival. The team are always on hand to help out with any questions or queries and have dealt with any issues so quickly. The rent is so reasonable for the bright, airy space I have. I would 100% recommend Vertex Living to anyone looking for a simple and secure letting process. I love my little flat and would like to thank the team for all they've done. Emily

GoogleWe have been living there for three years and in two different apartments, it was very enjoyable experience. They are there to help not to get your money as most of the rental agencys do. We had issues with washing machine twice, both got sorted out very quickly and free of charge. After we left, we got the full deposit back very fast . Therefore, they are highly recommended.

GoogleWe've had bad a experience, really poor services. Also, I've noticed their truck has a habit of driving extremely aggressively toward cyclists in Cambridge, including nearly knocking over an elderly woman today. Seems like they have more pent up anger than they do passion to help their customers with renting.

I'd stay away from businesses run by people that act in such a way, it really shows how much they care about others.
