We have just had the absolute pleasure of working with Isabel and her team. Buying in the Cambridge market proved to be ‘interesting’ , and our experience with local and national agents had not been positive at all. Isabel’s approach is honest , straight forward and efficient . Enquiries were answered promptly . Viewings were informative and unhurried. The process was expedited with professionalism and efficacy. Her recommendation of an excellent surveyor was appreciated . If all agents were of Isabel’s calibre , house buying would be relatively stress free, and agents would have a far better reputation . Isabel has just sold a property for us in Cambridge and without doubt is the best agent in the area. Sorry for my late review. After a few failures to sell my property with the big agents names. Isabel recently sold our house for us and we could not have been happier with her service. After dealing with some larger estate agents who I found very unreliable, her personalised service was amazing! She was very communicative and did her best to push the sale along and made a great recommendation for a solicitor. It really made the whole process so much easier. Previous reviews are spot on about Isabel and the service offered. We found working with Isabel a breath of fresh air. Through Isabel we bought our new house in Cambridge and decided to market our old house through Isabel as well - despite it being over 75 miles from Cambridge. Jordan took amazing photographs and created a great video of our property. Isabel & Jordan also put together a very professional high quality brochure. The use of social media plus a newspaper feature increased exposure further. Isabel did all the viewings and it was no surprise our first offer - at the asking price - was received in under a week. Whenever we had a question, Isabel got back to us immediately and we had no need to explain who we are or being told the agent dealing with our property wasn’t available. Such a pleasure. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the service provided and thoroughly recommend Isabel Hastie.

Isabel was great to work with, she was the first estate agent who actually listened to my brief, and consequently my house was sold (STC) the day after the viewings took place. This process was incredibly helpful as it meant that everything ran seamlessly and prevented a long drawn out process which had happened previously with other estate agents in Cambridge. Isabel is also incredibly personable, and was more than helpful in making sure the new vendors and myself were kept updated during the sale process, which at times was quite stressful. Isabel valued my house in the correct price bracket, which was very important to me. If I do decide to go through the process of selling another property in the future I would definitely choose Isabel to help me.
