GoogleFantastic Service! Even though we ended up choosing a room/property through a different agency, that was purely based on the preferences of accommodation and tight timescales, not because of the service. Matthew was extremely helpful and made every attempt to work within our requirements and restrictions and regularly took calls out of normal working hours. If I'm ever searching in Cambridge again, they'll be my first port of call!

GoogleWas a tenant. Matthew has been very helpful and very professional! In fact, left a few important things after I moved out. Matthew was kind enough to keep hold of them and specifically mailed them back to me. Really appreciate his effort : )

GoogleVery unresponsive. The contact number and email are good for nothing. Seems like a single person "company" with lack of professionalism. Edit: How do you like it now, the taste of your own medicine? And please take that always going to voice-mail phone number down, it's of no use for someone trying to reach you. One whole weekday is a long time to reply, that's where it differs between being proactive and professional. If you spend enough time working on the points mentioned above rather than bashing genuine reviews about customer experience, you'll benefit from a better business and credibility.
Hi Denis I'm a little confused about this review, you emailed us around this time last Friday, we responded on Saturday and I haven't received a reply from you since. As you hadn't responded, I sent a follow up email a couple of days ago, but still nothing! Please note, you hadn't left a telephone number nor a voicemail for us to call you. He was always easily approachable and friendly and would always find a way to help even out of hours. FacebookVery professional service. They built a good relationship between landlord and tenant from the very start. Everything was done to make the letting process as easy as possible for both parties. Nothing was too much trouble and service received to us as landlords was above and beyond. We would highly recommend Embassy Lettings as they really are genuine, knowledgeable, professional and very hard working. Wish we had found them sooner!

GoogleI am a tenant at one of the properties managed by this company and I cannot praise Matthew enough for his quick response to our boiler breaking during this freezing time period. He was prompt and efficient with getting a plumber out first thing, as well as providing reassurance over the phone on what to do in the mean time. After a second call to check the boiler the next day, he was able to visit within 30 mins to check everything was running correctly. On top of this, he is a friendly letting agent who is happy to help where possible. It’s great to be living in one of his properties.

The communication is efficient, timely and spot on and the property is looked after for the benefit of both the landlord and the tenant. Not often you come across an agency that understands both sides' needs, Embassy Lettings is the rare exception. GoogleWe moved into our flat less than a week ago and even outside of business hours we have received always timely and helpful responses to all our inquiries throughout our move-in process. They have made it a point to often check in pertaining to any and all pending tasks and always follow through until we are satisfied. Very honest and quality service. Would not rent through any other company.
