GoogleWe have been speaking and dealing with Ruby at The Waldens for several months now. Every time we call, Ruby has been so helpful and friendly, and very professional throughout. We have viewed a couple of properties accompanied with Ruby, and hopefully moving forward will be in a position to proceed further next year. Ruby is a real credit to Chase Homes, and thank her so much for all her help and assistance so far with our enquiry. Go Ruby!!!!! :-)

GoogleWhat can we say, we received a great service from start to finish from Grant and his team! From initially speaking to Ruby in the Sales Suite to our weekly updates with Lauren in Sales Progression and even Grant when things were not quite going to plan! We were kept updated throughout the whole process (unfortunately it was quite a long one in our case due to our sale) but the team at Compass were very patient and understanding. We got there in the end and we couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend them!!

GoogleBuying a new home is stressful at the best of times and the agent you get dictates how easily that process goes. Finding Ruby at the Waldens site was a bonus. My questions were endless but Ruby found the answers for me or found the person who could answer them. Conveyancing is a lengthy process and we all need that someone who is there for us.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a property through Compass Elevation and every step has gone very smoothly. Our original meeting was with Lucy, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Moving forward we have dealt with Ruby who has been brilliant! Ruby is extremely helpful and supportive and goes out of her way to help in any way that she can. During the purchase process she always responded to queries quickly and efficiently. Since we have moved in Ruby has continued to be helpful and she always does what she says she will do! Would highly recommend.

GoogleNathan supported me throughout the entire process of selling my flat and he was an absolute pleasure! Nathan was always extremely prompt to respond to my emails/queries and consistently professional in all communications, he would also chase up solicitors and the housing association for responses. Nathan brought a great deal of positivity and laughter to the process which adds great value when going through what can be a lengthy process of selling a property! I cannot recommend Nathan and Elevation enough. Thank you!

GoogleWe recently completed a house purchase with Elevation. The team were first class! From the very first viewing arranged by David Miles, we were kept informed and updated at all times. Even when we were unsure about matters regarding our mortgage, or conveyance solicitors, we turned to Elevation for a helping hand - and they were only too happy to help. We were always able to get through to David on the phone and he always had plenty of time for us, often going that extra mile to explain something if we did not understand it. It is so refreshing to find that this level of care and competency still exists today. Thank you Team Elevation (even if I can't remember all the names individually) for your professional and caring service. You may well see us coming your way again at some point in the future!

GoogleWe bought a new build property through Elevation. David and the team at Elevation could not have been more professional and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to view the property as many times as we needed to and always answered any query as soon as possible. We were incredibly impressed with their care for us as a family (for example arranging to bring the keys to the property as we had a newborn baby and couldn't get to the office easily- and even sending us flowers after our baby was born!). There were a number of difficulties towards exchange but David ensured that we were treated with respect and were kept informed about progress from the developer's end. He even personally visited the property to search for a document! We are very grateful for their service and kindness throughout the process and would 100% recommend them as a team.

GoogleWe recently purchased our current property through Elevation Cambridge, dealing mostly with David and Matthew and Tom. The team were very organised and kept us informed on a regular basis during the purchase period. They maintained a professional attitude with David being particularly helpful in chasing up the various chains when coming close to completion. As this house purchase was not the most straightforward of procedures, Matthew and David's telling experience in dealing with these types of situation meant that the stress levels was not as high as it could have been! Therefore, I believe that the service provided by Elevation Cambridge is equal if not better to those given by some of the other reputable estate agents that cover the Cambridge area.

GoogleWe had a fantastic experience with Scott from Elevation as I and my wife tried to get on the property ladder. Scott was not only instrumental in persuading us to buy a property instead of renting one, he also put us in touch with a fantastic mortgage agent (Shiobhan) who went out of her way to explore the best deals for us. Thanks to Elevation and particularly Scott, I and my wife are looking forward to own our own home in the next few months. Since we recently came to UK, we were unsure about ways of getting on the property ladder. We approached one estate agent who claimed that we would not be eligible for mortgage. Without Scott and Shiobhan, we would have totally believed his arguments. They both showed the way for us and we are eternally thankful to them. I strongly recommend Elevation to home buyers, especially inexperienced and first time buyers. We are very confident that you will be in safe hands.

Buying our first house has been a rocky journey to say the least but as soon as we started working with Tom, everything has gone to plan. Tom was consistently in contact whenever there was any news and was efficient in gaining information for us, which put our minds at rest throughout. Tom is a very likable individual and so as soon as we started working with him we knew we had the best person to work with!

GoogleI've sold my flat and am in the process of buying my new build through Elevation, Cambridge. Nick and Elliot have been excellent guiding me through the process every step of the way. The communication has been great and they have been quick to correspond and act as required. They've been friendly, supportive and open to suggestions throughout the process. Fees were competitive which was also a plus for me. A very positive experience overall. Thank you to all in the Cambridge Elevation office.
