GoogleDealing with Bush Lettings as a tenant was, without doubt, the worst aspect of living in Cambridge. Queries about maintenance issues went unresolved (often for months), contractors arrived at the house with no notice, and Bush rarely ensured maintenance work was completed (leaving us to communicate with contractors directly). During my last year in the house, we had about 30 days without either a working shower, heating or hot water. It's hard to see how this level of service provides good value to the property owner and it certainly makes for unhappy tenants.

GoogleI became an accidental landlord in Cambridge over 20 years ago and with no experience and living 100 miles away I entrusted full management to Bush Lettings. I have always valued my relationship with them: finding excellent tenants, answering all their calls for help and even managing a major refurbishment, including a new kitchen, all without my close involvement. They always asked permission before incurring costs on my behalf and I felt that my tenants were very well looked after. I cannot recommend the team at Bush highly enough.

GoogleUnprofessional, just after I talked to one of their agents and set a viewing, they cancelled without giving me a reason less than 24 hrs before the viewing. When I asked why they told me the property was let, without even giving me an application form. I also wasted train tickets as I was coming from London to see the flat. Very disappointed!
