GoogleOnce in a while you find a place that restores your faith in Estate Agents! Arkwright & Co. (particularly Guy Joseph) is one of those places. Guy is very professional and personable and does not indulge in the tricks used by some Estate Agents (e.g. funny camera lenses to make rooms look bigger etc.). He is honest, responsive, easy to get hold of and really on the ball. He truly "goes the extra mile" . We are so impressed with him that our daughter is using him for her own house sale.
If you need an excellent Estate Agent in the Cambridge area, Guy is your man - look no further!

GoogleAfter a failed attempt with another agent Guy approach us about becoming the agent for the sale of our property. He was very professional and proactive throughout and advised us very early on how he would approach the sale and he was true to his word finding the right buyer for us. The whole process was very smooth and Guy kept us informed along the way, giving sound and honest advice when required.

GoogleGuy Joseph is a true property expert with old school values - his knowledge of Cambridge and the area is second to none.
He has helped myself and my family make smart and successful selling and purchasing decisions. After dealing with other local agents, Mr Joseph was simply a breath of fresh air - honest, consistent and reliable. He was great to work with, offering a truly excellent service. I can not recommend more highly.

GoogleGuy was proactive from the beginning our dealings, he uncovered several difficulties that we were unaware of, and secured a reliable buyer for our flat in a short time. He was very professional, responsible and available whenever we needed information or updates. His experience of the housing market in Cambridge and area was invaluable, all delivered with a light touch. I heartily recommend Guy and Arkwright and Co.

GoogleGuy went well above and beyond the call of duty to ensure a complicated sale/purchase progressed as smoothly as it possibly could. It certainly wouldn’t have been successful without his efforts. Always calm and personable, even when faced with all manor of challenging eventualities. Without hesitation, very highly recommended indeed!
