We cannot thank Lucy enough for all her hard work and dedication on the purchase of our new home. It’s really nice to see someone take real pride in their work. We met her on the 1st visit and straight away we were filled with confidence. Amazing women, Truly amazing! A heart of gold!Underwent major surgery and still kept in contact/working from a hospital bed, during recovery she came out on crutches for a 2nd visit, bubbly, smiling no problem at all, she deserves a gold medal! She’s worth more than 5 stars! We completed and she was there, a card and a bottle of bubbly, All her hard work and she’s still giving. From me Jo and little Rosie, we thank you for all your time, dedication and commitment taking off all the stress when purchasing a home. Truly amazing!! Highly recommend to anyone, Thank you Lucy.

We cannot thank Lucy Egan of Wellingtons enough. We had not brought or sold for thirty years and things have changed a lot. Lucy held our hand through the whole process and explained every step, kept us in the loop with progress and is an endless font of knowledge. It was nice to deal with someone who really knows their job. She went above and beyond in also assisting where she could with our purchase. Wellingtons did not sell my house, they sold our home. Lucy took time to understand our quirky home, give advice to show it off to it's best potential and used a variety of marketing tools to attract the ideal buyer. Attention..! This was my first sale, so naturally I was nervous. After reading the outstanding reviews, I called Lucy and it was the best decision I made. Almost from the word go, we faced an uphill battle all the way to the end. Fortunately for me, Lucy's calm approach and wealth of knowledge guided us through to another one of her successful sales. Very disappointing experience with Lucy Egan from Wellington/Hortons. As a solo first-time buyer, I was spoken to in a patronising and condescending manner throughout the viewing. When I mentioned the property’s location near the motorway, I was abruptly told, “Well, we’re done here now, aren’t we?” and shown the door. I was also judged for my budget and told I shouldn’t be viewing the property, and met with a shake of the head and a look of what I can only describe as disgust, highly unprofessional, despite simply exploring options. The agent’s attitude was rude and dismissive from start to finish. I won’t be viewing with them again.

Lucy worked tirelessly to ensure the sale of our flat in Sunningdale. She offered a service above and beyond any local agent (e.g WhatsApp availability almost 24/7) and always kept us updated of the progress, market conditions and top tips. Local agents tried to persuade me that a new agent to market would never obtain the breadth of marketing that their own agents could but I knew, conversely, Wellingtons would go above and beyond any Salesperson as it was Lucy’s name on the line and her commitment to make it work.
