Great for selling a house and keeping me informed

We have just exchanged on a house that was shown by Winkworths. I can't praise them highly enough, particularly Terry as we didn't have an agent who sold our house so had to continually contact Winkworths instead. The worst agency .

The worst agency .. I had a viewing yesterday and I went to see the flat with my wife and my 6 months old babe ,and my agent Lewis Impleton , probably he hasn’t so happy with that , he tried to avoid answer my question, very poor customers skills , he wasn’t even showing me the house , not talking at all .. probably you could see he was not interested to rent the flat to me from the first moment .. after that i told him I was happy to rent the flat and I have everything had they need .. while allAnswer was been answered next day was asking me again the same question by email . .. his email very unprofessional, he was like writing to a friend .. never mind after all that , not answering to me for 2 days , I had to email him again and after the reply of him was that the flat it’s been gone .. that all , didn’t even ask me if he can show me some other properties that are still on the market..
