GoogleCannot praise Nathan James, Gemma and team enough for all their hard work getting my parents back to their hometown and near family again, it wasn’t the easiest of moves (lots of little holdups ) but they did everything possible to get it done as soon as was possible, we as a family are truly grateful to them all and would definitely recommend them if you are looking to move. WELL DONE NATHAN JAMES ESTATE AGENTS 👍👍

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Nathan James and honestly had a really good experience. Gemma was brilliant the whole way through, super helpful, easy to get hold of, and always keeping us in the loop. She arranged viewings outside normal working hours when needed, which really helped, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We would definitely recommend Nathan James if you’re thinking of selling.

GoogleTHE BEST TEAM!!!! That’s all you need to know. They went above and beyond to help get my Nan & Granddad back to “around the corner” from us, they kept us informed all the way though as this wasn’t a straight forward move. We was always able to get hold of them, didn’t matter what time of day it was! We are forever grateful to Nathan, Gemma and the rest of the team for making this possible. Don’t think twice about going with these guys, they will look after you!

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Nathan James and we couldn’t recommend them enough. They are a local family run business and it really shows! Really responsive and honest throughout the whole process. We listed our house on the Monday and had sold it by the Saturday. We were also really impressed by the photos and the 360 tour which really made the house shine! They were also super helpful in dealing with a few last minutes barriers with the sale which enabled the process to run more smoothly and promptly. If we come to sell again in the future we would definitely use Nathan James again!

GoogleCan't thank Nathan and the team enough. My house was sold within a day of being on the market, with 3 other viewings lined up afterwards which we cancelled. In addition, as a result of a brief I gave Nathan around what I was looking for by way of a new property, he'd found me one & arranged a viewing within a week, that offer was accepted & within 3 months I'd sold & purchased a property. Nathan and the team were integral to this, from liasing with solicitors & vendors to sorting out mortgage options, they did it all. Anyone looking to buy or sell a property look no further than Nathan and the team, thank you all & keep up the good work.

GoogleI have bought and sold over a dozen houses over the last 30 years and this agency, Nathan James, are the most unprofessional bunch I have ever come across. They were poor in returning calls and I had to constantly chase them for information. The only consolation was that we purchased through them so they had none of my money.
