Having decided to move (and after we bought the house which was previously handled by Edkins) we decided to contact them to re-sell our house. I have to say Charlotte and the team have been brilliant, always doing what they say they will do and guiding us every step of the way, especially during the last week prior to our move date which became very, very stressful. FacebookWe didn't think our little terraced home would ever find a good, working tenant. After using other local agents we turned to Edkins and Holmes. Right from meeting David to hearing from the staff that we had viewings (yippppeee), we didn't believe we could find a good tenant. Guess what......we have let our home and we have a good tenant and a reliable agent to take care of all the headaches for us. We were thinking that being a landlord wasn't worth the time but Edkins and Holmes have renewed our belief in the rental market.
