GoogleAvoid this agent at all costs absolute scammers, tried to sell some land and ask for a non refundable deposit of £5K .avoid them as they take money of people and disappear . Once you’ve paid non refundable deposit he will disappear . This firm has the worst reputation in Yorkshire

GoogleThought perhaps it had just been me that has experienced atrocious customer service, but I can see from these reviews there is a pattern. I am absolutely shocked and appalled at how I have been treated by James at this agency. He was abrupt, pushy, patronising and condescending throughout my time attempting to buy 8 Bryan St in Rastrick. He ignored multiple requests to discuss issues with the vendors, assured me work was going to be completed when this hadn’t been agreed by the vendors (so I wasted money on solicitor’s fees, assuming the sale was still going through) James took weeks to respond to emails and days to respond to calls. He was deliberately vague about his answers to vital questions and only when pushed would reply. I should have been informed a month ago that the vendors were not happy to do the work I requested, rather than James avoiding the question and in turn wasting my time and money. Absolutely disgusting!

GoogleI have stayed with Benjamin Fitzpatrick for the two years I have lived in my house on a false promise that the problems in our house would be fixed. The landlord is nasty and clearly does not care about the welfare of her tenant and Benjamin Fitzpatrick are just as bad! we have had no bath or shower for several months, no main electricity so we live off candle lights and lamps, I now have a chronic lung condition due to damp neglect, all of which were reported at the start of this year. Benjamin Fitzpatrick show no care or wanting to help us, and not only that, they waited eight weeks to tell us they had not received two months rent, and bullied us into getting the money straight away, they took no responsibility for that and I am now in debt. Appalling. Please do not go to them, I am counting down the days until we can move out and get away from them

Googlenot the best experience as a buyer, poor communication & waits to get answers to queries & most importantly we were not told until we were ready to complete our purchase that probate had not been granted so the sale could not go ahead until it had(we had said from the outset that we needed completion asap). They seem keen to find buyers but not to have to put work into the sale to get their commission!

GoogleI am trying to get a second viewing of a house I'm interested in. Rang 3 times this week, they promised they would ring back each time but never did. The staff are clearly not interested in selling houses. If I was in the position to sell I would never use this firm.
