Professional, Friendly and Trustworthy.

It was a pleasure instructing Watkins Estate Agents to sell my home. Nathan was friendly, professional and above all completely flexible! He showed people around our house at a time that suited us as well as the potential buyers including Saturdays and Sundays. Nathan spent time understanding our needs as sellers, full time workers and got us the best price possible. He understood our concerns about our house cats getting out during viewings and put us at ease, he was extremely trustworthy.

Happy first time buyers!

As a couple of first time buyers, we were understandably quite naive and daunted by the whole process of buying our first house. At our first viewing Nathan was amazing, he was very professional yet friendly, and gave us a really well-informed tour of the house as well as information about the local area. The team then set up a group WhatsApp which worked great, they answered any questions we had no matter what time of day. Dave in particular was also exceptional at picking up emails around the clock, and he really helped speed the process up. We didn’t expect much contact with the estate agents as the buyer, but we were so pleasantly surprised with all the help from the estate agents and would absolutely consider using Watkins in the future.

Amazing service provided by Watkins Estate Agents

We used Watkins to sell our home this year (2021) and the whole process was made stress free, efficient and very friendly. Nathan kept in contact with us daily throughout the life cycle of the sale keeping us up to date with everything. We couldn't recommend Watkins estate agents quickly enough to family & friends and if we ever decide to sell/buy again in the future we'd never want to go anywhere else. We definitely made the right decision…

We definitely made the right decision to sell our property with Nathan. Selling a previous property with a large estate agency made it a difficult process, but nathan has made it so much easier this time; he has arranged evening and saturday viewings that fit around our schedule, updates us straight away, and promptly replies to any questions. We have sold , for the price we wanted within just 2 weeks of our house going on the market. Really impressed, and will be recommemding him.

We purchased our home through Nathan and what was suppose to be a fast purchase turned into a long 3/4 month process at no fault of Nathan’s (solicitors). Nathan understood the importance of our purchase going through before we flew abroad for almost a month for our wedding and he pushed and pushed as much as we did. He was excellent at keeping us informed of the progress made each day and not once did he tell us to stop contacting him... and trust us we did contact him a lot (apologies). The end result being that we got the keys a day before we flew away which was a great result!
