Hi Kate, I am sorry you feel this way, my focus following your email was on my client the Vendor who had offered on another property which has also now fallen apart. Your email gave a very clear reason for your change with regards the mortgage which I can understand is very disappointing, your email also ended by you saying 'Thank you for your time' so didn't seem to be looking for any response. I wish you all the best with your search for a new home. Regards Steve

GoogleFound both Angela and Steve very professional, incredibly experienced and knowledgable. Both our daughter and son have purchased properties through them over the last few months and both purchases went through smoothly. Support a local family owned business, highly recommended

GoogleI would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Davis & Sons Risca. Both Steve and Angle where a please to deal with from start to finish dealing with a rather challenging sale of my elderly mothers house. Communication between us, the buyer and our solicitors was effective and prompt. Thanks you both very much.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to review - but I can't find you on our system - no viewings or any contact at all - phone or email. Can I ask you to let me know in what capacity we've had any contact so that I can have the opportunity to redeem ourselves? Angela, Davis & Sons, Risca
