Clarets Estate Agents are now considered by most to be one of the leading and most professional independent estate agents in Bushey and Bushey Heath being accredited members of The National Association of Property Professionals and Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents along with now being regulated by The Trading Standards Institute's Approved Code. We have a solid foundation in residential sales, lettings, financial services and new homes and a name that is synonymous with service. The services we offer have been tailored to focus on going above and beyond the levels expected by most vendors and landlords. Our aim is to look after our vendors and landlords from market appraisal stage right through to completion and with our strict 'no tie in policy' our clients can feel confident that they are not locked into a lengthy agreement. We are now the ONLY local estate agent to advertise in the Watford Observer in addition to the Harrow Times and My Bushey News giving us the widest local distribution of any other local estate agent. Our advertising also includes all the major web based search engines such as Rightmove. These are in addition to Clarets own website and online services. All property details feature full colour photography and the branch uses full colour advertising. We are also the ONLY local estate agent to offer vendors and landlords a unique log in facility to our state of the art system to check viewings, feedback and progress reports meaning you can keep updated of the marketing of your property 24/7 from the comfort of your own home.
