The whole team at Wainwrights could not have been more helpful and supportive when it came to selling my house. Kelly ensured that the house was photographed beautifully and she conducted all of the viewings on my behalf. Irene was excellent at negotiating with potential buyers and dealing with any questions or concerns that arose. The house sold quickly for a very fair price and the sale completed without any issues despite the challenging market and rising interest rates. All the staff at wainwrights could not do enough for us. Kelly is amazing at having your property looking the best it can look on the day of your photographs. (You have to then keep it that way haha ) she knows all the knowledge for buying and selling. Our viewings came in thick and fast and we soon got an offer. The team even helped look at the houses I had found. Abbie helped from start to finish, and pushed the solicitors at the later stages of the selling and buying to all come together with some extra push from me also. I can not fault the whole team. When we contacted Kelly about the type of property we was interested in buying she listened very well and promised to keep in touch. Unlike other estate agents she kept in touch and when the right property was available she contacted us early in the process and made sure that we got the details and a viewing as soon as it was available. Throughout the process she maintained regular contact and was proactive in smoothing out any wrinkles that we encountered. We were so impressed by Kelly that we asked her to sell our property.
