We wanted to thank Melissa, Annette and Linzi for helping make one of the most stressful events of our life bearable. Odds were against us from day one buying our dream house but they went above and beyond and helped in every way possible including making phone calls and chasing every party involved on an almost daily basis.
We found them very knowledgeable, kind, professional and friendly.
From the very beginning of our house sale, Melissa Berry Estates were extremely proactive in listing our property within 48 hours which in turn led to viewings within a couple of days and our house sold within a couple of weeks. Thorough checks are also undertaken on the buyers ensuring moneys/mortgages are in place before allowing viewings. Any problems were dealt with thoroughly, quickly and efficiently. We would not hesitate and have in fact recommended them to several family and friends. They are absolutely fantastic.
Estate agents notourisly have a bad name for one reason or another but Melissa Berrys are head and shoulders above the rest and do not have any of negative traits associated with estate agents. They are leading the pack. #no1estateagentsinprestwich.
