GoogleI would highly recommend Longden and Cook. I required a valuation of my property. This was dealt with very professionally. My surveyor kept to agreed timescales and kept me updated regarding when the report would be completed. I have never had to work with a company before for a valuation but I would recommend anyone to use Longden and Cook.

GoogleI was recommended Longden & Cook to provide an updated boundary plan for our property, and I’m very glad I took the advice. The surveyor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to visit the site in person to verify all the details thoroughly. Their approach was professional and meticulous, and I felt confident that the final plan was accurate and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to others in need of expert surveying advice.

GoogleAbsolutely 💯 appalling..we have lived at Eccles Fold flat for over a years. I am 72...my partner is 60. This Management firm...maybe couldn't run a Homeless Shelter..many of the occupiers of these 58 homes are dissatisfied. Charged £16088...in advance. Ha. We paid £500...3 months ago...still suffered HIGH COURT ORDER...AFTERWARDS. Lack of hands ✋️ on commitments...will cost..pulling wool over eyes 🙈..
Mr Parkinson. As you have been reported to and cautioned by the Police for harassment of my colleagues, I don't think you have any cause to give us a negative review. You failed to pay service charge, hence the reason for us going to Court, as your fellow leaseholders suffer as a result of your non-payment.
