A special thank you goes to Nick , who has helped me over the last 6 years and i owe him so much for all of the help and support his has provided through buying and selling and generally putting up with me . It felt like they were working for the buyer, not us (the seller), even though we are the ones paying the fee at the end of the day. On multiple occasions we strongly felt like our agent was working for the buyer and had no interest in us as the seller. They were condescending at times, and often not much interest in helping us, but if the buyer had a question we would be chased and chased for a quick response. It was a frutrating experience when we are the ones paying the bill at the end of the day.

Have dealt with MA for many years and recently sold my house through them, due to C19 everything stopped but as soon as they were able they cracked on and got the house sold. MA offer excellent advice and help, they see what you don't; I had work done that made a huge difference in value and had offers in the first week, sold in ten days....took 9 months to complete due to bottom of the chain solicitors blaming C19, not the buyers or banks. Solicitors don't even meet face to face so why all the excuses, easy job all done online and by phone, the lot are a shambles!
