Dear Mr Varney, I am naturally deeply upset that you have left this review. I’m somewhat surprised by the content as we don’t allocate single agents to properties and therefore all staff would have been able to assist with your enquiry. As a company we pride ourselves out on efficiency and our promptness to communicate so I am most shocked to receive this.If you wish to elaborate further please email me directly and I will be more than happy to help. james@oscar-james.comYours,James PottsManaging Director
