We have just sold our father’s house after he passed away and the Entwistle Green team, especially Sarah & Gary have been amazing! Sarah even remembered to wish me a happy birthday on the day after me mentioning the date several weeks early (such a small gesture, but what a big impact). From the evaluation through to completion they kept us fully up to date every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, empathy, and overall excellent Service, not once did we have to chase them for anything. I would highly recommend their services. It has been sad having to sell our childhood home but Sarah, Gary and the rest of the team have made it just that little bit easier. So happy we chose Entwistle Green. Thank you so much guys!

Would like to thank Gary for his hard work. We got three different valuations for our property and Gary valued it the highest compared to the other two. He gave us the confidence that we could get what we wanted for our home, and if it wasn’t for Gary we might not have put our house up for sale, based on the other two companies. Our house sold after 24 hours of putting it up for sale. The other estate agents valued it 40k less. My wife and I moved to Ireland in December last year and Entwistle were managing the sale of our property. We already had a buyer before we left. The first buyer, a consortium, messed me about for several months and Entwistles did their best to press them into completing the sale, the only thing they didn't try was carrier pigeon. I was finally advised that I should relist my property, which I did and Entwistle's, I am glad to say, blacklisted the consortium as a result. Even with a flagging property market they managed to get me another offer on par with the one I had previously got, at the beginning of August and I have just completed. I would like to thank them for all their hard work and perseverance, with a special mention to Carla, Sarah and Gary, who put up with my constant barrage of emails

From the outset through to completion Gary and his team at the Burnley branch were very professional, friendly and efficient. They managed the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home efficiently. It took 13 days from seeing Gary in our home to sell our house and buy our new home. Then a little over three months to complete, the team members kept us updated at all times and were approachable if we had any questions. Gary and his team were fantastic in the sale of my property, they were always on hand to help with any support I needed and were upfront about costs and there were no hidden charges. Although Entwistle Green were a bit more expensive than some of their competitors, the service I received was A1 and the photographer they sent to my house was experienced and knowledgeable, thus the photos they put on Rightmove and Zoopla were very good meaning that I was inundated with viewers which eventually led to me receiving the price that I wanted for my property. I sold my house in around 8 weeks with Entwistle Green and would highly recommend their services as opposed to some of their cheaper competitors, who I am sure would be unable to match the quality of service.
