Google2 let have been absolutely amazing. Moved into the most amazing home. They made it so smooth and simple. Moving house and dealing with letting agents cancel be extremely stressful but this is the easiest company I've ever dealt with. Andrew is friendly and helpful and really knows his stuff. GoogleMy partner and I rent a property and have a good landlord. After experiencing issues with our past agency, 2let took over. We reported an issue with our boiler and they were in touch with me about the issue extremely promptly, before I even got home! An engineer got in touch and an appointment was made within days. The engineer, Mr Stuart Buckle, was polite, explained what was wrong with it, and rectified the issue. The two previous boiler engineers didn't do any of that! It didn't take long either. So thank you very much. I can highly recommend 2let and it's staff, to be fair, prompt and professional.

Every member of staff was friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish. 2let suggested that they could come round to photo and list the property leading up to us finishing the renovation. GoogleThe team at 2let are genuine they aren't like other letting agents they are helpful and professional. Me and my husband find the houses in excellent condition and if there is a fault and you ring the staff about the problem they are at your house within 12 hours. We think that 2let are the best letting agents in Burnley and surrounding areas. They are definitely 5***** I would recommend 2let to anyone who is on dss or not xx
