I couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Kivells throughout my purchasing process. Nyah has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish - always keeping me up to date with regular phone calls and emails, and never hesitating to help whenever I needed her. She has been so friendly, approachable and genuinely supportive, always going the extra mile at the drop of a hat. I’m incredibly grateful for all her help and would happily recommend.

They have been very professional in keeping us informed on the progression of the sale once an offer was agreed and they have been proactive in communicating not only with various solicitors but also with other agents involved in the buying chain. GoogleRight from the very start of our journey with Kivells and selling our home was an impressive and confident experience. Mark was so helpful and answered all our questions and concerns giving us excellent advice with lots of statistics to support his reasons. Our home was under offer very quickly and Mark guided us along the way. Nic, our progression manager has been a godsend too.....again helping us and making us feel that no matter what our questions were, nothing was to much trouble. We feel we have been treated extremely kindly through what has been at times, quite an emotional transition. When we found our future home, Mark was on the end of the phone helping and advising us to reach a deal.....above and beyond what I would have expected considering it was with a different agent. So and HUGE Thank you must go out to Mark,Nic and all the staff at Kivells in Bude.....and glad you enjoyed my cakes 😄😄😄

GoogleFrom the moment we met Mark we felt we'd made the right choice. He explained everything about the charges etc and advised us on a marketing price. We were pleased with the brochure and on line presence of the property. Good communication throughout and help completing surveyor questionnaire while we were abroad. Enya kept us informed on day of sale. After sale when I inadvertently sent parcels yo our old address, Enya sorted this on our behalf. Great service. Have used Kivrlls before and o this performance will use them again.

A very proactive, professional approach to marketing meant we realised the full potential of our property. Their strategy was very clear and very effective. Everyone was extremely competent, and also very friendly and pleasant to deal with, which makes a big difference. We would not hesitate to recommend Kivells: definitely a five-star service.

I have always found that dealing with Kivells Launceston branch is very easy and straightforward whether renting or selling a property . Always easy to contact and responsive to any request. Over the years there has been a number of staff involved but this has never been to the detriment of the service, which is always 5 star.

TrustpilotMark Bunt - What a Joke
Asked to view land this morning. Mark Bunt at Liskeard office asked my availability. I advised of this, only to receive this email 'view at your convenience, there is a location plan on the details'. What?! There are 3 separate parcels of land adjoining one another, no specifications in relation to parking, access, boundaries and no intention of showing me the land. When requiring more information, Mark Bunt then emailed 'this parcel is actually under offer'. What an absolute waste of my time. I've heard more than a few negative reviews of Kivells including those of friends and my experience adds to them. Kivells are not interested in actually working for the vendor and it's clear they aren't too bothered about the buyers either. Mark Bunt - Director - couldn't direct traffic.

Right from our first contact with Kivells and our subsequent appointment/viewing, we were pleasantly impressed with the knowledge Nyah had of the property, professional, articulate and above all managed an excellent level of communication between all parties. We cannot recommend Kivells highly enough for there service.

Launceston Branch, absolutely do not use, they had our property for 8 months 2 bed bungalow in a small village and was in great order not overpriced but only had two viewings, on a viewing kivells staff could not find the back door/garage keys ( told them 3 times and emailed them where they were), so probably lost this sale, second viewing the people were in no position to buy, I feel all Kivells are only interested in large houses and farms and land and take there eyes off ball. Changed agent and sold within 2 months.

The Bude team are friendly and professional, offering sound advice in any market. The negotiators at the start of the process, do all they can to secure an offer, keeping you updated on viewings. What is refreshing is everyone in the office is up to speed with your property. Their dedicated sales progression team are on hand to answer questions, guiding you, and offering help to get you to the ultimate goal of owning your home or having sold it!
