I’ve had an excellent experience with Brooklyns Property Management through their guaranteed rent scheme. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a high level of care. The team is incredibly diligent and clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to compliance, which gave me real peace of mind as a landlord. They guided me through every step of the process, making what could have been a complicated arrangement feel completely seamless. Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing!! This is my first time ever moving and I have to say that Brooklyn’s must be the best Estate Agents ever. I want to thank Harpreet Garcha especially for making our first move so unbelievably memorable. The process was so easy and quick. She is not only thorough but is also so understanding and really took care of us well. Both me and my husband are very appreciative and would highly recommend Brooklyn’s. We couldn’t imagine ourselves with anyone else helping us through this process. Best service ever!! We will definitely be going through them again when the time comes.

Very Horrible and disgusting experience. So they contacted me because I was looking for a room. They send me an email with the link and photos. I liked the room and said I’m ok to proceed. But they said you have to in person to see, I don’t get that logic, if someone is moving from completely another city how do they expect to come and see the room to finalise ? Or they said send your family or friends in a very rude way. I even said I’m ok with look if the room if I can’t come to see. The guy just shamelessly said to me the room is under offer sorry. Sorry for what, playing around with me ?? You wasted my time and energy. And said we have offer from last week. Why did you come to me if you had offers ? Why did you waste my time if you had offers? I’m going on social media and then report you too.

Moving to a new place after being disappointed by other agents

I was really stressed after looking for a new place and getting the run-around by different agents. Brooklyns supported me greatly with my move to my new apartment, which was literally done at the last minute. Harps, Roland and Tina were amazing! They understood the urgency, helped to get a quick turnaround with the reference checks and above all they were responsive and answered my questions patiently. This made me feel valued as a customer and gave me comfort with my decision making as I was really unsure of everything at that time after being disappointed by other agents and having to rush at the end.

We used the services of Brooklyns Estate agency for the first time. They came recommended by a friend. We are pleased to state that we were not disappointed at all. They were courteous and very professional in their dealings. The team was extremely helpful in sorting out some issues we had. They also arranged the necessary gas and electricity certificates for the house as we couldn't find suitable people to certify it in time. They made sure that we were kept in the loop and that everything went smoothly. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent out their property.

We received poor customer service from this estate agent. Having viewed flats in the area with a handful of local estate agents, we were expecting a professional and friendly service, which we did not receive. Our first phone call to query a property was met with a stand-offish response to a question regarding whether it was possible to view a property that day as we did not live locally and wanted to make the most of the visit to Maidenhead. Rather than being understanding and helpful, the woman on the phone was condescending. After having arranged a viewing at a property, we called the office as no-one had turned up, and we weren't even sent any information as to who we were meeting and where. We were then told (on the phone, as we stood on the site of the property we had gone to view) that the property had been put on hold, and we had not been notified, rather left to figure it out for ourselves. A professional service would have notified us prior to the viewing time. We were told that we had been "emailed" but no email had been received, and again, when we complained about the lack of professionalism involved here, we were again met with a stand-offish attitude and a weak apology. Absolutely poor standards, we would not recommend to anyone.
