It’s not my first time moving home, so I know how stressful the process can be, but this experience was genuinely refreshing. I’d like to say a huge thank you to Mollie and Clair for ensuring everything went so swiftly and smoothly. Their communication was excellent throughout, keeping me fully informed at every stage. It was a pleasant surprise not to have to chase for updates, as I’ve had to do with other estate agents in the past. All in all, an outstanding experience. After having a negative experience with a different Estate Agent I switched to Currans and I'm so happy I did. The experience was completely different from what I had been used to. I met Kathryn at the property initially and she was informative and talked me through the process, answering any questions and putting my mind at ease. Post sale Clair was efficient and answered any questions and followed up on queries in a timely manner. Recently purchased a property in llay via Currans and I must admit they were fantastic every step of the way. Communication was fantastic, prompt and polite. It was a complex chain with many moving parts even up to the day we exchanged and completed. Nothing was too much hassle and they made me feel calm by being calm themselves.
