We were repeatedly promised things by the agent but as soon as we moved in (after first stressing us someone else was interested in the property) he pretended like what he has said never happened. Check the inventory report thuroughly as well as they had left things out. They use all the games in the book and make sure you get everything you are discussing in writing!

We have been letting our property through Hamptons in Stratford Upon Avon for 19 months. We recently had new tenant and the change over was only 4 days. We needed essential works completed before new tenant arrived. We was on holiday and Olivia (Lettings Negotiator) was amazing supplying and coordinating contractors to complete the works within 48 hrs! Amazing service.

GoogleWe had absolute please of working with Jacqui from Hamptons Beaconsfield who helped us to secure a property suitable for our needs. She was very knowledgeable and professional in her dealings. We found her trustworthy and very straightforward in her communication. Hampton has also moved the entire process online which made the paperwork very seamless.

Hamptons have been acting as lettings agent for us for 4 years now. The service has always been very responsive and they were able to let the property initially in a very short period of time. We can only strongly recommend them if you are looking for an agent to let a property out for you.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
