After several phone calls backwards and forwards asking for a quote for a basic survey for rebuild costs for insurance purposes and having explained it was for a block of 2 maisonettes they came up with a quote of £250 plus VAT. Then half hour later they said they made a mistake and the quote is double than what they said because it's 2 properties. Yet I had already explained it was 2 maisonettes in one block. It feels to me they start with a low figure then when they have you interested increase it. No apology or somehow making it right they just put the phone down on me when I complained. I wasnt impressed with their attitude towards me. They didn't want to discuss it and left it to reception to talk to me rather than a surveyor themselves. He sounded I experienced to me

Terrible service.I emailed about a property and got no response. Called and spoke to James ,who confirmed it was available and Vinay will call me for a viewing no one called. Contacted Vinay few days later who told me it was now not available. Inconsistent, unhelpful and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Lattings department. Just prior to Christmas suddenly pressure on my boiler went to zero It took only half a day for a plumber to come check my boiler just before Christmas. Then my shower room light stopped working. Over the Christmas period it's very old ! Electrician came out more or less immediately. New light fitting. No arguments.

Absolutely useless incompetent crooks, 1 year on, 3 staff later, sob stories never end, list of issues still pending, multiple leaseholder breaches, lying about actions that where taken to myself and the council, I gave them notice twice last year but my goodwill was misplaced. Anoher take the money and think that's it, even escalating to the Directors Nigel Wilson multiple times resulted in ZERO RESPONSE and more dirty tricks to remove me as Director. Corrupt outfit now desperately trying to circumvent and hide their incompetence led by Nicholas Parojcic.

We have been with them for 7 years, it is hard to find a property manager that cares about the tenants and lease holders, but they actually do. Currently I am dealing a property manager called Gaji, he is the best I ever dealt with before. He is very organised and responsive. Our rubbish bins and storage area have been terrible state, but he organised a professional service quickly and sorted out our problems.
