I would give Robyn Birchenall 10 stars if I could. The reason why outstanding customer service. I have used kings letting for the last 6 plus years for my flat My last tenant left due to rent arrears Robyn went above and beyond to keep me updated With the new process for my new tentants. Every process of contracts etc very prompt answered all my questions. I also dealt with James Cecil.from the enfield branch James in person dealt brilliantly with getting a super quick turn around 1week Getting my new tenants in.got contractors in to paint and clear out old stuff out. Keeping me informed by phone and email. While I was away on holiday nothing was too much advised me with every thing that happening. One of the worst estate agents ever I have dealt with, Asked for hundred documents and proof of savings which equal four times the amount of the annual rent amount and asking for guarantor who should be a home owner or have a British passport and all payslips then after pushing them they just followed the usual rules Besides after all of that, they gave me a room which I did not choose or opt for for a bloody expensive rent and while having Wi-Fi in the house they denied having it and I found out when checked online to purchase a one that the house already have a one

I have recently rented my property out via Kings Enfield and have been very pleased with the entire process. Kings have a large clientele, my property was like gold dust with this management company and they excelled from start to finish. Elleisha and Sophie in particular have worked exceptionally hard to ensure it has all been a smooth process, they both found me the perfect tenants (so far so good) and have had fantastic communication with myself throughout. I have been a bit of a nightmare at times, asking endless questions, not accepting offers and making the process longer than it needed to be, but they never made me feel I was being a burden, and here we are today!
