Whoever deals with the what’s app messages, completely ignores your messages regarding any issues I have within the property. Whoever eventually answers the phone, sounds like I’m disturbing them and don’t want to be bothered. Dealing with this ongoing issue since last year November and it still has not been fully resolved.

This lack of communication has prolonged the resolution process and left me feeling frustrated. Effective communication is essential in customer service, and the current situation has been disappointing. Please avoid using them they will just ignore you if any issues arise.
