We couldn't be happier with the outcome - a completed sale within three months of F&C putting the property on the market. The team were lovely and reflected the higher end demographic of the property, which is so important when showing prospective buyers round. The team at F&C were nothing short of exceptional. I originally bought my house through them, and when the time came to sell, there was no question in my mind about who to turn to, I went straight back. From the very first conversation, they were professional, warm, and genuinely courteous. The sales and marketing team did a wonderful job presenting the property in its best light, and Pavlo was a superb guide throughout, getting our home in front of the right people and ultimately securing the sale. But that was really just the beginning. The support team at F&C (Jane and Janice), were absolutely brilliant, looking after us every step of the way right through to the very end. From Tom's indepth explanation of their comprehensive marketing strategy, which is so much more than just putting it on Rightmove! The attention to detail, the effort and care taken to get it on the market, the viewings, the liaison, always keeping us up to date, totally on the ball chasing the next steps. Everyone seems to have their role within the company and it really shows. Jane & Catherine both spent two hours really getting to know the house, so that when prospective buyers asked questions, they had the answers at their finger tips, which made a huge difference. It was a pleasure to work with the very professional team at Fine & Country Nottingham throughout the process of the sale of my house in Southwell. Communication and feedback during what can be a very stressful time is key in my opinion and the team were brilliant at keeping me informed all the way through the viewing period and subsequent sale and contract stage. Everyone I dealt with in the office were extremely efficient but they also all had a sense of humour which made dealing with much more fun. Important in my book! In addition to the above, as a company, they delivered everything that they said they would and more in regard to the marketing of the property and the quality of the presentation of it. Often a lot is promised that does not materialise - not the case with Fine & Country. Within a week of signing with them the house was featured in the Daily Telegraph and had a strong presence on social media which was fresh and relevant. I cannot recommend F&C Nottingham more highly. If I were to move again I would not hesitate to instruct them again.

We decided to change our estate agent after failing to secure a buyer and decided to give Fine and Country a try. From the start Anthony Taylor was professional, supportive and knowledgeable. Moving agents was the best decision we could have made as within two weeks Anthony secured us a buyer, he also managed to find us our perfect new home as well. It wasn’t until we started the buying and selling process, made extremely difficult by the incompetence of the solicitors in the lower chain, that we really appreciated using a quality agent like Anthony, his expertise and understanding really helped us during this period. We had an absolutely first class service from the Fine & Country team at Nottingham on the sale of our property. The time & effort put into the organising of the photography and video, floor plans to the organising of the viewings, feedback and achieving the guide price was brilliant. The after sales progression with solicitors was excellent, keeping us informed the whole time. The whole process from the initial viewing, sale agreed to handing over keys on completion took just 5 weeks. They are simply the best agents in the East Midlands
