GoogleI had an outstanding service from Flnt and Cook in Bromyard. Sue, Emma and Debbie all supported me throughout the process and continually were in contact with me, responding to me so quickly and efficiently and they were chasing things when needed. They took the time to market my flat so beautifully and it sold within 2 days of being on the market. They are all so warm and friendly and they are the BEST estate agent in Bromyard by a million miles!

The worst estate event we’ve dealt with. Whenever we called to view a house they fobbed us off every time and said they were so busy they barely had any availability to do showings. We were in a proceedable position. It’s almost like they don’t want to sell the houses?

Would not recommend this firm. Initially they produced good sales material. Our house sold within three days which could mean it was under valued. They told us our buyer was ready to proceed as her buyer had his mortgage and cash in place. They made no attempt to verify this or chase matters up. They told us it was not their job . As a result we missed the stamp duty holiday. Matters turned even worse and became more protracted to our financial loss. Exchange and completion took place within two days which caused more problems. Their fee was not justified

Google(Bromyard office) Excellent. Couldn't have been more professional and helpful. First class advice saved me money and time. Patient with me when I needed it and nothing was too much trouble. Pictures including aerial were first rate. Recommend without hesitation.

Totally unprofessional. Tried to purchase a property but the sale fell through for very personal and unexpected issues. Contact Flint and Cook five times to tell them. They ignored. Then my wife receives a threatening and bullying email from the owner no less. Totally uncalled for. I have since heard from a number of people with the same type of experience. Only after your money, definitely not customer focused. I would never use this company and would certainly not recommend them at all.

The company often fail to respond to email and initiate promises they will not keep. They have a second moniker 'Flint and Crook' which seems an apt reputation for a terrible establishment with a seriously questionable service. There are other companies worth considering when buying, renting or selling. Be VERY mindful when you consider this particular business.

GoogleWorst place to rent from keep others in dark unfriendly staff in urgent need of retraining in customer service skills best too deal with head office if this fails then you no you won't get the service you want from a company who think it has my reason for this I own my home living next door to a rental home fell out with new people who Ltd my access to my drive plus was told that they have a girlfriend stay two days but past few months stay longer in eyes of council there living there estate agents won't do a thing even this girlfriend snicked her dogs in thinking didn't see them JUST BE CAREFUL IF BUYING.SAME.RENTING CAN'T BE TRUSTED

Very unprofessional firm. They waste your time in the name of filling bogus forms for the landlord to pick out from which is a whole charade (they actually liaise with landlords) and waste the time of applicants with no reason whatsoever as to why an application is turned down. I would advise anyone in Hereford to avoid them if you don't want to be disappointed.

Rubbish!!! Don’t know why people sell houses with these people. I have contacted them twice and they don’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge you or respond to your offer!!! Find someone else.
