GoogleWe had a viewing recently with Eva Cox, she was very professional, polite and helpful. She made every effort to understand our needs rather then just trying to sell. Great experience. Highly recommend!"

GoogleI am extreamly happy with the way Jeremy and his team handled the sale of my mothers house. He is one of a dwindling number of agents who really knows his patch, gives sound honest advice and is highly professional in his dealings.

FacebookBeware of this agency! We made an error of renting our flat out through them. They take months to provide us with basic information, they owe us a lot of money and generally provide terrible customer service, when we try to find out what is happening. It is a stressful and unpleasant experience.

Dear Kathryn, we are extremely sorry you have experienced these problems and we have forwarded your comments to our Anerley office. We understand they are already in touch with you regarding this matter and they are keen to resolve all points. They have now managed to contact the tenants but the fact you haven’t been communicated with effectively is not acceptable to us and we have asked Graham Cook, the owner of the Anerley branch, to address the issues immediately.

GoogleI have rented from Proctors for 10 years and never had any issues. I've found their service to be exceptional and they are always very courteous and helpful when I speak to them.

GoogleHaving enquired about a rental property that they were advertising. The person who answered the phone, did not identify themselves and was extremely rude and dismissive and didn't want to even attempt to help! Customer service and respect doesn't cost a thing but was definitely missing from this person at this branch!!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleIncredibly condescending, unpleasant, unhelpful, and dismissive on the phone. The man who works there is either naturally talented or tries very hard at making you feel like you’re wasting his time.
