We worked with Penge Estates in March 2026 for a challenging property transaction involving staircasing with Clarion Housing. Warren and Jackie were simply outstanding throughout, showing patience and dedication despite constant delays from Clarion. Warren went above and beyond, managing everything while we were 300 miles away, he even helped during his holiday! His regular updates, meter checks, and tireless support made an incredibly stressful process much smoother. After nine months, we not only achieved a successful sale but also gained a true friend. I honestly can’t thank Penge Estates enough for everything they did for me. They helped me through both the sale of my old property and the purchase of my new one, and I really don’t think I could have got through it without them. Jackie and Warren were absolutely amazing from start to finish. There were definitely some very stressful and turbulent moments along the way, but they were always there when I needed them. They were patient, professional and genuinely went out of their way to help and keep things moving. They were supportive throughout the whole process.
