GoogleZERO STAR. My experience with this letting management company has been extremely disappointing. Communication was completely ignored, and every simple request turned into a long and frustrating process. Maintenance issues were left unresolved for weeks, even when they affected basic living conditions.
The company showed little accountability, and I often had to chase them for updates that should have been routine. Promised follow‑ups never happened, and I felt like my concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than valid tenant issues.
What made things worse is that the level of organization and professionalism was far below what you’d expect from a company managing people’s homes. Deadlines were missed, information was inconsistent, and I was left handling problems that should have been their responsibility. WORST COMPANY EVER!

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars then I would. We have not had any leaseholder accounts from Northleach for over 4 years and because of this we have just lost the sale of our property because the buyers were seriously concerned about this which is understandable. March Goldin does not respond to any emails or phone calls and will not provide us with any information on how our service charge money is being spent. I would also like to point out that they are not members of a redress scheme because they have been expelled and they are not members of the property ombudsmen which is actually illegal. This is causing us extreme stress and we will now be taking legal action against them. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from these people as they are not legit! We will be informing all our fellow leaseholders of this information.

GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would - Marc at Northleach is a liar and a fraud. As the management company of the building I owned a flat in, Northleach failed to complete the legal works that were required. When it came to selling he was unresponsive and obstructive, nearly singly handedly bringing the sale to collapse.
This came at a huge cost for us to pay for the works in order for the sale to complete. They’re incompetent - providing quotes for work by just plucking numbers out of thin air. Avoid interacting with them at all costs.
We have since taken legal action and are awaiting the next steps.

GoogleThis property management company is extremely badly managed, has appalling customer service and genuinely doesn't care about any of it's stakeholders, investors and clients. The first rule about running a successful business is communication and Northleach fails to communicate effectively at any level whatsoever, not even bothering to respond to the simplest of enquiries, let alone be trusted to deal with any sophisticated issues. I personally own a total of 17 residential and commercial properties and would advise anyone who is looking for someone to manage their portfolio to avoid Northtleach at all costs. Property Management is a very competitive industry and this firm ranks poorly at every measure. If in doubt, don't take my word for it, just read all of the other reviews, before deciding to employ their services.

GoogleSince being secretly taken over in 2023, they've gone from bad to horrendous. No transparency and untruths when questioned about why our accounts are late (we haven't had any since 2022). They won't allow us an AGM and won't send bank statements of our service charge account to the directors of our residents company. They make changes without consulting our directors. The man who in 2024 claimed he was the owner only became a director in 2025. They closed our service charge bank account with no notice and opened a new one in the name of NorthLeach and not in our residents company name. The man who runs NorthLeach claimed the previous owner had fired the accounts department before he took over, but I've since been told there was a 2 year handover from staff who stayed on until the accounts were moved across to North London. I can't find any online details of the man who says he is the owner of NorthLeach (Marc Goldin) and who claims to have 20 years experience in property. I have no faith in this company and would advise anyone considering doing business with them to research them in detail.

GoogleDoesn’t respond to comms, doesn’t manage anything, doesn’t even collect service charges…
I don’t think Northleach Property Management is even an operating company. They were expelled from the Property Redress Scheme in June 2025 which explains a lot.

GoogleUncooperative at best. Website claims they are part of Property Redress scheme - this is untrue. They don't return calls and refuse to pass on insurance details which they are legally required to do. Not a member of any scheme (despite claiming they are) so no form of redress available. Avoid if you can.

GoogleI have had an incredibly frustrating experience with Northleach. They are utterly unresponsive, no matter how many times I call or email, they simply do not answer or get back to me. It's as if they have no interest in actually managing the properties they are responsible for. I’ve tried reaching out on multiple occasions, and the lack of communication is beyond unacceptable.
With Northleach, you’re left completely in the dark. It’s been a nightmare trying to get even the simplest questions answered, let alone having them address actual problems with the property.
I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and responsible property management company to avoid Northleach at all costs. Total disaster.

Google*** AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! ***
We could not agree more with all the one star comments. Also their best line of defence is "You are the only ones that complain, everyone else is happy!".
Now it seems like there are indeed a lot more unhappy people out there.
They are absolutely not independent. They are the freeholder's agency kept alive at the expense of the leaseholders.
It will be interesting to see how much longer they will survive. They do no maintenance on flats what so ever and give you the accounts two years later!!! Real cowboys ...

GoogleI own a flat and unfortunately they manage the building. They never want to deal with any issues. I've had to involve the council in various occasions for them to do their job.
It is true about other opinions here that Northleach when they don't want to deal with an issue they ignore your emails.
Very unprofessional and awful management agency.
I have now contacted the ombudsman
(Selfserve.tpos.co.uk) and I hope/wish more people would do this! The form takes 10 mins to fill in.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAVOID!!! This is an appalling "management company" they are beyond useless, they ignore any issues or contact and fail to do any 'managing' what so ever in the blocks they are paid to manage. If you do on the off chance actually manage to get through to them on the phone they tell you they will act on your issues and then are unresponsive and ignore emails. I have never known such a shambolic 'company' in my entire life they are an utter joke and so unprofessional it is unreal, how they are still allowed to trade is baffling!! Would of given 0 stars if there was an option. I am also convinced that the few good reviews that have been left in the past must be fake as what is written is beyond what they are capable of!
Northleach should come with a warning!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Google********AVOID ***********- Our neighbours currently rent through these cowboys.
There fence is rotten, panels missing, the bottom warn away unto 8 inches.
We have planned to get our garden landscaped and once the shed was removed we were left with bare panels that had fallen down. Our neighbours pushed the Manger ( Linda). I followed up a number of times and was told their client doesn't have a phone number ?!?!
Now the fence is down and we have had to repair out of our pocket and they are refusing to pay.
PLEASE AVOID THESE COWBOYS!
