Neo's Estate Agents Bromley reviews

We had had some poor experiences with estate agents when trying to find a house to buy and then we met Jason @ Neo’s estate agents. He is such a hard working person who responds quickly to emails, even on Sundays and evenings and goes the extra mile to support you. We are buying our new home in Hayes via Jason and have also asked him to sell our current house for us and we already have a buyer! I would definitely recommend Jason to make things easier at a stressful time in your lives : )PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We recently completed a purchase with Jason and found him to be extremely knowledgeable and always at the end of the line if you needed help or assistance (event taking time to help whilst away on holiday!).The sale wasn't without it's bumps throughout the way, namely the solicitor firm, but Jason really worked to push the sale through, keeping on top of communication and ensuring that we were aware of all steps throughout the process. Would highly recommend his services. 5 out of 5 stars for sure! Thanks Jason :)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I met Jason when he was working for another Estate Agent and was impressed by his professionalism and passion for the job. I had no hesitation in instructing Jason to sell my property through Neo’s and have found him to be very responsive, diligent and incredibly hard working. He keeps everyone updated with progress and with his many years of experience is a complete safe pair of hands. I have already recommended Jason to friends who are looking to sell or let their properties and will continue to recommend him.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very kind and welcoming, Jason is an absolute gem. He’s been really helpful so far, going above and beyond just showing us a property, instead keeping in contact with us and providing specific help for our needs. Really appreciative of all his efforts so far and we can’t wait for future meetings!

I honestly cannot recommend Jason enough. His dedication to providing the best customer service, his excellent communication skills (indeed 7 days a week) and professionalism have made our stressful moving experience so much easier. At a time where the rental market was just released after lock down and many of our acquaintances have been let down by estate agents and landlords, Jason has made our journey flawless and helped us secure our dream house. Thank you JasonPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Neo's have helped us find a 1st home for our daughter and grandson. Jason was so friendly and understanding. He clearly cares about his work! It was great being able to message him and have him reply quickly 7 days a week. Nothing has been too much trouble and we feel really reassured that he will be managing the let for her moving forward. Can't thank him enough for all he has done to help!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Neo's Estate Agents has made moving house with 3 young children one of the most organised and easy processes. Communication every step of the way, and next steps always outlined well in advance have really helped this move go without any stress. Jason is polite, knowledgeable and attentative, I really could not recommend his work any higher.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience both as a vendor and a buyer. Jason goes above and beyond to keep the inevitable stress of moving to a minimum. With Neo’s we received a bespoke personal service that you would never receive from a big name estate agent at a very competitive rate. Keep doing what you are already doing Jason!

I met with Jason to show me a lovely property which I instantly loved. By far the loveliest Estate Agent I had the pleasure to work with. Timely, Professional and Welcoming. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a catering, attention to detail, Estate Agent business, Neo Estate Agents are the best fit. You will not be left disappointed.
