Iain Cooper helped with the sale of my late mum's house. He was extremely helpful from start to finish and he constantly kept us informed throughout. Iain continually went above and beyond in order to get the house sold and I had the utmost confidence that he was working in our best interests. He was realistic in the price we could expect to receive and backed this up with the data. There was no BS just constant communication on viewings and potential buyers. Iain helped us navigate the the whole process and kept on top of the sale once a bid was accepted to push it through I highly recommend him to anyone considering an estate agent in the SE London area!

I contacted the company and was booked in to view a property. After a few days I saw that it said no longer on the market on Rightmove so I called them and asked for them to confirm if it had been sold as I was booked in to view and was told Susanna would call me back. I heard nothing so I called again the day before my viewing and again left a message for Susanna to confirm as u don't want to waste my time going if its sold and once again didn't hear anything. I won't be booking any viewing with this estate agents again

Due to an error form right move been booked for some other property to view and instead of apologies to us the agent Darren become very aggressive and arrogant! He even bang on my car door once my wife said to him that if he can not prove that she requested the viewing by email he will need to compensate us for wasting our time!! Very unprofessional service so be careful with him.
