GoogleI have worked with Arjan for many years and he is a true Professional. The recent reviews by Nadia Walker, nadia mokadem Nafeesa N are all reviews orchestrated from the same person and are based on false claims. This individual paid a holding deposit for a property, kept (£200) kept it unoccupied for 2 weeks, all references and checks paid for by the landlord then changed their mind expecting their money back.

GoogleArjan is amazing. From the moment he found the flat for me to me moving in, to now(going on 3 years), he has been fantastic. Good communication, stress free. Always quick to respond when there is an issue. Very accommodating when it comes to finding solutions and compromises. He has been a life saver to me when I was facing some personal issues. I 100% recommend him.

GoogleIndividual is a thief and will steal your holding deposit. Do not trust this company. I am pursuing legal action for my rights as a tenant.
This is absolutely not true and Nadia knows very well Nadia came and saw the property in person the landlord referenced her and issued her the contract which both the landlord and Nadia signed 10th march and we have proof of that she was meant to move in on 23th of March and after the landlord hold the property empty for long time Nadia changed her mind and started making false accusations After she changed her mind the landlord decided to not to return her holding deposit as he kept the property empty for long time and he had added cost for referencing and the time used to prepare the paperwork It is only her fault and should take responsibility and accept the consequences of her actions we strongly advise her to remove the review which is total false our customer service is at our core and others reviews can easily reflect that

GoogleI have been enquiring about room in sutton the person was very rude and i felt discriminated not offering a chance to view to room because its available now i have reported that ad on spareroom and i have put this review so others know about it. In conversation the person managing the advertisement was acting like he was a landlord and replying is such way is very rude to me and also when he called me we had a long chat on call at very end he is not putting customers first so when i told him what i felt and i am not interested in room anymore he said to me he is also not interested to give me the room thats rude you couldn’t have been nicer learn to how to deal with enquires in such scenario and this represents how rude it would be if your service is customer core then you should be down to earth and neutralise the situation but naah he was like i dont want to give you the room this represents many things when you cannnot even out at the end as customer facing skills is to make it even or good at the end he was continuously trying to say he wasnt rude and at the end too he was that is what i feel so that explains.
Hi Dirdham We are disappointed that you think you are not happy with the service.As we explained to you the room is available now and the landlord is looking to find someone as soon as possible.Your moving date is 1April. which does not fit the landlord.It would have been waste of your time and our time to book you and tell you at the property.Customer service is at our core. I do not think we deserve a one star review if we do not agree on moving date.But having said that we wish you a good luck with your search
