Hillview Park Estates Ltd - Exceptional Care for Our Family As a family who moved to the UK without much of a support network, our first rental experience near central London was a real setback - an unhelpful agency that responded to every issue with blame rather than solutions. When our baby arrived, that worry only grew. Hillview Park Estates completely changed that for us. Our property manager Nadia personally attended to us throughout our tenancy, and her care and attentiveness made all the difference. When issues came up - the hob broke down, the dishwasher was old and causing problems, the carpet was worn - every single one was resolved promptly and carefully, without any blame or friction. The communication was always clear, the responses fast, and the attitude genuinely caring. We always felt respected as tenants, never like a burden. When it came time to leave, the end date was slightly fluid due to our circumstances, and Nadia handled it with real understanding and flexibility. Our deposit was returned smoothly and we left on excellent terms. For a family of three - including a toddler - having an agency, and a manager like Nadia, who treats your home with the same care you do makes an enormous difference. We're so grateful for the experience and would love to recommend them for both the renters and owners alike.

Hillview Park Estates is probably the best agency I have ever had the pleasure to work with. The whole renting process was really smooth with Nisha and very but very straightforward. During my tenancy Nadia was the one in charge to solve any maintenance enquiries we might have, and she was very quick to not only respond if not to solve any outstanding issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough, honestly.

From day one my experience with this team was smooth sailing! Especially since I was new to the area, dealing with any queries from the team was prompt, courteous and always professional.
