GoogleWe recently rented a house in Hayes through Domovoi Management for a year. The house was exceptionally clean on arrival and Paul and Elena were very quick to respond to the few minor issues we encountered during our tenancy. When our tenancy ended our deposit was returned promptly and they even contacted the utility companies on our behalf. Highly recommended.

Paul and Elena were easily accessible for communication, and any minor issues we encountered with the flat during our tenancy were promptly addressed. I'd be happy to rent another property managed by them with no hesitation.

GoogleI was fortunate to rent a property through Domovoi and have to say both Paul and Elena were very professional. I have been renting for 5 years now and this was the most seamless check in, renting and checkout experience. Whenever I had a query that replied promptly and dealt with it quickly.

GoogleI was introduced to Domovoi by my sister who also uses them. I was so happy with the service that they provided. It was great to speak to one direct contact. Paul always responded quickly and was extremely helpful when there were issues and even when no issues the communication was great. I totally trusted their decision making in regards to my property. I would also recommend their services to anyone looking for lettings management. The only reason I stopped is that I wanted to sell my property, otherwise I would have been very happy to continue working with Domovoi, and I will be happy to work with them in the future if I can.

GoogleWe rented through Domovoi Management a lovely home for 2 consecutive years and had a pleasant experience throughout. We were lucky not to have any issues with the flat during our tenancy but when there were minor concerns, they were all addressed very quickly and we had a good communication with the agent on all steps prio, during and post-tenancy. I'd recommend this agency :)
