We would like to say a very big thank you to Lewis and Stuart at the Bromley Property Company. They have supported us in a very challenging move. Whenever we needed advice or help with different aspects of our move, our calls and messages were always responded to and they did a lot of negotiating and guiding with our buyers and the other agencies on both sides of our sale/purchase. Very grateful to Stuart and Lewis at Bromley Property Company. They managed to sell my mother's house in less than a week for the full asking price. A very impressive feat given how tough the market is for sellers at the moment! They're extremely helpful, friendly people to deal with and did a great job of liaising between my mother and the buyer. To top it all off, their fees are much lower than most local estate agents. We spoke to a few agents when looking to sell and in the end decided to go with BPC because they were competitively priced, realistic, not pushy and personable. It turned out to be a good hunch.
