GoogleExtremely disappointed with Andrews Letting Agency.
It has now been over a month since moving out and they are still holding onto our deposit with absolutely no communication. We have had to chase constantly, yet there has been no update, no transparency, and no urgency in resolving the matter. This has been handled very poorly and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency.

This sometimes leads to delays, particularly when there are communication gaps between parties. GoogleVery bad experience as a Renter. They booked a viewing and didnt show up. And no one picked calls even the head office. Next day they said the agent got changed and the property has already got offers, but they are still to present to landlord and asked me to give a higher offer without the viewing.
This is the sad reality of Andrews letting. I hope property owners stop giving them their property to manage.
