Tony worked hard and showed a lot of persistence to get our sale done. He gave us a valuation that surprised me, never thought the house could be worth that much, and he got it sold for that much - despite the markets taking a tumble shortly afterwards (the Liz Truss debacle). Very satisfied with Andrews and with Tony in particular.

Andrews made the process of finding new tenants seamless, start to finish it was easy and from my perspective almost effortless. They found a new tenant really quickly and provided paperwork that was clear and understandable. They were responsive to any queries I had and remained professional throughout the whole experience. GoogleFrom our experience last year we found them very helpful to begin with, but as time went by and sales collapsed they got less and less helpful. We even learned from our sellers estate agent James at Rush Witt & Willson that we had no chain at one point although we was told by Andrews the chain was complete and we should complete in about 8 weeks. Even our solicitors gave up with them as they gave incorrect information to them. Just out for one thing to get you on their books so they can get commission. The only thing they were true to their word about was to send through £100 of vouchers. This branch in my opinion is probably one reason why estate agents get such bad press.

GoogleI would like to thank staff at Andrews for making my dream come true. I have a lot of faith in them and would recommend them no end. The contact and communication from viewing to purchasing and moving into a property I purchased through them made me feel at ease with the whole process. I think a lot of attention was shown, making me realise how much they value their customers and it was not just about the vendors but also the buyers and in this case it was me. I am now in a home that I have only every dreamt about. Thank you. Winnie
