GoogleWe’ve had the best experience with Abels Residential. We’ve struggled for months to find a house to rent in London with the current market situation. We contacted Abels Residential and, within 24-48 hours, we had everything sorted for our family. Callan was outstanding and very helpful from the beginning, listened to our concerns and needs and offered a solution straight away. The house we have rented from Abels Residential is in immaculate state and all paperworks and checks were very easy and quick to complete. They are extremely professional and efficient and we highly recommend contacting them if you’re looking for a property. We are very grateful for Callan’s help.

GoogleCallum has been a great agent for us. We were looking for a property to let at the beginning of the summer, and he was very responsive during the whole process. He was very quick and also very reasonable when organizing the lease making our move to London significantly easier. We have been in our property for nearly 5 months now, and he has always been extremely responsive and helpful. We would strongly recommend Abels Residential and Callum to any prospective landlords or tenants.

GoogleCallan gave me the smoothest house sale of my life. From taking the keys to do the preliminary works, to sold, in exactly 12 weeks. I'm super impressed by his efficiency, transparency and having the interest of both parties in mind at all times. He also has a great network of contractors who I have sought out through him who share the same values as Abel's; good communication, reliability and high standards. Thank you, Callan.

GoogleI used Abels Residential to help me to find a flat to rent in Central London when I moved from Hong Kong. Callen, a director of the company, is professional and diligent, not only did he help me to find a property that fulfilled all my requirements, he was very helpful in the whole process from negotiations with the landlord on terms, preparing the tenancy agreement and taking possession of the property with thorough inspection and check-list. I am very satisfied with the service provided and have no hesitation to recommend the company to anyone.
