All I can say is that I have never ever in my life dealt with an estate agents quite like Jones and Chapman in Bromborough! They actually answer the phone for a start! I’ve never had to leave voicemails and then wait 2 or 3 days for replies! They call and email to keep us constantly updated so we’re always reassured and feel totally relaxed. The humour they have also is brilliant! We’ve always ended calls either laughing or smiles on our faces, which is what everyone loves. They’re just so professional, reliable and basically an all round happy little Estate Agents. Its made the whole process fun and exciting rather than with stress and worry! Thanks Guys you’re amazing x

I have never dealt with a more lovely and efficient team of people than at this branch. You can’t fault their amazing customer service and the fact that they are lovely people to communicate with helps enormously while buying a house (which can be very stressful)! You can tell this Team are truly that, working together to make Customers lives easier. I haven’t found the right house yet, but I know I’m in good hands. Lovely staff, very efficient. Nothing is too much trouble! We firstly got in touch with Jones and chapman when we were selling our house and weren’t happy with the service from another agent. We dealt with Jess and Andy and both were so lovely and gave such good advice, we ended up deciding to stay put for a bit longer due to the current situation and not being able to find anything we loved. We then went to Rebecca to arrange a remortgage for us. She has been brilliant, really knowledgeable and got us a great deal. Couldn’t recommend all of the team enough if you are looking to sell, buy, mortgage services etc. We will be going back to them in the future and would highly recommend to anyone!

The only thing which is a negative would be the solicitors they use which are absolutely useless and caused us no end of problems/stress but apart from that we were very happy. We recently had the pleasure of using jones and chapman in Bromborough to sell our house.

After recently renovating our property we initially listed our property with another local agent, but quickly became apparent that it was the wrong choice. After meeting Andy and Lee at a house viewing it became clear they knew the the property they where selling inside and out which impressed us. After sitting down with Andy to air my concerns about our previous experience with the other agent, what we were looking at doing and who we may market the property too. Andy filled me with confidence and worked quickly to get the property on the market and the right people through the door for viewings. With a number of initial viewings, second viewings and offers on our property in a very short space of time. Throughout the whole process Andy, Lee and Georgina have been at the other end of the phone to answer any concerns, updates and act with a higher level of professionalism than most in my opinion. I would have no concerns in recommending Andy and the team at jones and chapman Bromborough.
